Required Forms
In order for your child to take part in the Wild Sky programs, we will require the following documents to be completed, signed (electronically) and returned to us BEFORE the first day of school. Otherwise, the child will not be able to participate. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or questions about the following forms.

Urban Adventure Camp and Little Adventurers - for 3-12 year olds
We will then send you a welcome letter and invoice you for your selection.
